John, "the owner" says everything you need to know about his business practices (lack thereof) and lack intelligence with the gold chain around his neck...yes, he could just as easily be selling jewelry out of the trunk of his car! LOL! If you don't mind goods made in China, this is the shop for you. Seriously though, you'd be better buying jewelry from the mall, better quality, better service and higher standards. Never again !
