Friendly customer service and they're very knowledgeable. They offered me options I didn't know existed. I can't wait to see the new adjustable shank on my wedding band. Update, not too happy with the adjustable shank in that they cut my ring in half. I was expecting the part without the design to be replaced, which was maybe a quarter of the ring. So, now whenever it spins on my finger you only see the adjustable shank. I'm glad I can wear my ring again, and the workmanship is wonderful, but I wish they hadn't taken half of... read more
