I wanna start by saying thank you to all the folks at DJM suspension. Their customer service is A1. I bought a drop kit for my 04 Tacoma with struts all the way around. I had a few questions and when I needed to call the nice folks at DJM they was super helpful. The installation and instructions for the drop kit was great as well. Highly recommending them to my tacos buddies.
I called their tech service and they were clueless.. won't buy this product..
Customer service is top notch. I bought a drop kit a few years back and needed to swap the rear ended in my truck. I called to purchase new hardware to freshen it up and they sent me hardware no questions asked just verified I made the purchase from them. I will never use another suspension company on any builds
Ordered a 4/6 drop kit almost 2 weeks ago. I decided to call them to see if it had shipped this morning. There is a 2 to 4 week back order on my control arms which means my project is now on hold until pretty much September. I understand supply shortages but Had I known this I would have definitely just ordered from another company. 2 stars for now.
