DJK engineering is a full of crap, very unprofessional, do not waste your time with them. I don't know how did they get the professional engineer license. I am in the process to file a complaint on them. They took my project as agreed, after 2 weeks they backed off by saying not interested. Even though I told them to send me the invoice and I will do the retainer. I lost my precious time and my credibility with the builder's team. I have been using this company since about 2000 for my refill ink cartridges. The product doesn't look recycled at all. The cartridges are professionally filled and packaged and each has been tested before sale. In all of those years, I only got one defective cartridge and I returned it for another one, no questions asked. I find the people friendly and professional. The prices are extremely cost-effective compared to buying a new one in a store or online.
