Low prices! On location – We have never had a problem with DJ Ella! They are one of the few places that do their work on site instead of sending it away so it is much cheaper. We had trouble finding somewhere that would do press only on my husband's shirts for a reasonable price, but they do it for around $1 each. Other places were like $3. We still use them even though we moved to another are of town because we can't find another place with prices as good. Dry Cleaning Sham Run by Bitchy Women – This sham of a dry-cleaning establishment lost the trust of my wife and I the minute they ruined a long-time favorite skirt of hers. The yellow skirt came back bleached almost pure white. When I took up the issue with the infuriating staff, they offered no help, mocking my anger over the issue. Several more visits to protest the damage led to no further progress - just more frustration and angry screaming with the staff.
