We recently got approved to rent from dizmang and the application process was so easy and straight forward! Very nice gentlemen in the office and a lovely property to rent, great people!
They make enough money to outfit multiple trucks, vans, and a fancy sports car. However they can't afford to maintain fridges for their tenants? Shame. They're easy to work with because they don't care for people.
For over 20 years, we've rented from Dizmang, including a move to a larger property within the company. Although the second relocation was not our first choice, it proved beneficial in the end. The neighborhood has been a great fit, and we've appreciated the company's efficient handling of any issues. Dizmang has provided my husband and me with excellent service, and we've always recovered our deposit, except for a small deduction for yard maintenance during our last move. We highly recommend Dizmang.
Listen to the other reviews and don’t waste your time here. The property we were interested in was listed on Saturday. We inquired about it immediately, went to see it first thing Monday morning, the first day they were open since it was posted, and even applied while we were still at the property. I received an email later that afternoon saying that our 30 day out move-in date would not work for this property.
