They don’t even deserve one star they do not manage their properties very good at all and if they did it was little to nothing. I lived in one house for 25 years and all they wanted was that payment they did no maintenance to it but wanting to keep raising their rent 🤷♂️. They had an excuse for everything that needed to be done. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
If I could I wouldn't leave any stars at all. I live next door of a rental property of dizmang associates. They don't manage their properties and will ignore the maintenance that needs to be done to the properties. The last rain storm we had large tree limbs had fallen from his property hitting our shed and our fence. They refuse to take the tree down leaving limbs to continue to fall in our yard and damage my property.We have contacted them and was told it would be 2-3 weeks before they would be able to do anything they wer... read more
My wife and I have rented from Dizmang for 2 years now. With a little one on the way, we decided to purchase a house and have had an easy process with moving into our new place. We plan to return the keys this week, so hopefully we are able to get some of our deposit back! Dishwasher broke while we were at this address, and they replaced it within a reasonable time.
