They just take your money even though they know they have already rented the property.
We rented with Dizmang Agency for a year, while exploring a job opportunity out of Springfield. My experience proved positive and I am super grateful for their courtesy and response to maintenance needs or other concerns. They had someone out to check on us within a day of things that needed immediate attention. This management is respectable and honors tenants who care to upkeep the rental. I viewed two homes, one located on S National and the other on Webster. The Webster property conditions was very deplorable, with an overwhelming odor emanating from within the entire house . I don’t understand how it was considered tenant ready even.
