Great strong and caring team at Dixon
Good rehab facility, had quarantine COVID & norovirus & flu.
Beware!!! If I could give zero stars i would have. This is NOT a Rehab place. My father was an amputee and all they did was 6 days of rehab (end of August) then charged him private pay for 2 months even though he was approved for 100 days of rehab! I do not ever recommend anyone going here for rehab!
Huge shout out to Sarah for assisting me and aligning everything up for my mom's arrival. Sarah spent hours and hours gathering all details and helping me with things that should of been done on the hospitals end. Without her, I'm not sure if my mom would of got accepted in a rehab program or how any of this would of worked out. She has went above and beyond since my call on Friday, so I am confident and comfortable knowing the rest of the care will be top notch, too.
