Dixon Builders, cuts corners just like any other builders, They did terrible Job in Re-grading our Yard ! water comes towards the house. disappointed with the product we received. Word of mouth if the best marketing for new sales for dixon, Dixon does not realize that is would be good marketing for them
Will build an expensive home then turn around and build apartments/rental property right in your backyard. If the rental/apartment aspect of the plan changes before Jan 23rd meeting in Liberty Twp. I will be willing to change my review. What’s wrong with more single family and patio homes? Take care of your buyers who have already invested in you.
