I have lived here for 2 years and have gone through two ownership groups. They constantly send maintenance in for inspections or sprinkler repair. The days listed are typically for a week but more often than not exceed that and go into another week. My biggest issue is having to file a 60 day notice of non-renewal. I understand I made a mistake of not reading it but it was never verbally communicated to me. I am not familiar with the law but I find it extremely unethical to not verbally inform the renters as well.
