I lived at Dixie South for three years!! I loved it, Nicole was the best and always willing to help!! And the roomate paring was always amazing, I never had roomate issues!
The Landlady Nicole is an absolute angel!! She helped me and my friends with a spot super last minute and made sure everything was perfect! Lived there for 2 years and not one complaint! Anything that needed attention Nicole was on top of it right away!
I stayed at Dixie south a few years ago, and my time there was great! Very nice units, and a great location. Im about to move back into town, and I knew exactly where to go to get setup for the next school year. Summer rates are unbeatable, and all the essentials are walking distance!
My son has stayed at these apartments for over a year through the summer, fall & spring & plans on staying for another year. We have found Nicole, the apartment manager, to be extremely responsive & did an excellent job in matching the appropriate roommate's with his specific requirements. I would highly recommend Dixie South Housing to anyone looking for student housing.
Staying at Dixie South for my freshman year of college was the best decision! Nicole was the absolute best, she handled any issues quickly! The location is perfect, super close to the Utah Tech campus which was amazing! If you are considering Dixie South, I highly recommended it!
