A great place for students to live in St George close to Utah Tech! The apartments have locks on exterior and interior doors, plenty of storage, and a washer and dryer in each unit. The manager is friendly and easy to reach if needed.
Our son ( Nino) stayed at Dixiesouth the last 2 years, and he loved it! It doesn't have all the amenities the other places do, but the management (Nicole!!) is incredible, and our son wasn't a swim, tanning booth kind of kid anyway. The bedrooms are bigger than most, and anytime there was an issue, or a repair was needed, Nicole would always keep us in the loop as far as scheduled repairs. Just a great experience for Nino! Thank you Nicole!!
Loved living here for three years! The manager, Nicole is extremely aware of what college students need. She is quick to respond to any issues in the apartment and cares about her tenants. The pricing is among the best in the area, and it’s a quick 10-15 minute walk to campus! The apartments can feel a little small with 6 but it works out.
I have lived here for over 2 years after living in different student housing at Dixie State/Utah Tech. This has been the best place to live especially compared to my others! Here are some of the reasons I love it here. The location is prime, getting to walk to campus every day, Nicole is the absolute BEST management I've worked with, always being quick to reply and willing to help with any cause from locking yourself out to getting new appliances.
