I went in to the ER today, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They got me in quickly, saw the doctor within a few minutes. One of the best hospitals I've been to.
I went to the Emergency Room for care. Later I requested a copy of my chart. The physician documented that he conducted an assessment (hysical and pain) but never did. I brought this to the attention of the administration who told me that they contract with the doctors in the emergency room and are not responsible for them. I was told that if I have a problem with a doctor I have to take it up with them. That is horrifying!
