They have a new software system and it takes hours to get in. Go to Revere
Andy was a very good phlebotomist! he’s super nice and patient! I almost passed out and he didn’t rush me and was very kind. Get this man a raise!
I waited an hour and a half just for the phlebotomist to tell me that my blood needs to be drawn between 6 am-10am for the test results and that I have to come back in tomorrow. NOTHING WAS SAID TO ME. NO EMPATHY OR EXPLANATION. Terrible experience.
I just got my blood drawn by Phlebotomist Vivian S. She was touching her face, hair, and inside of HER mouth with her gloves on and didn’t change them before drawing my blood.
