My friend was taken to the ER from 471 miles from the small rural town in NV where he lives for severe fluid retention from congestive heart failure. His scrotum was enormous and painful. The staff did a few tests but no one gave him a diagnosis, treatment or meds they dscharged him after 3 hrs with NO SHOES into the freezing cold lobby to wait for his 2 hr ride home. Completely incompetent and uncaring. GO ANYWHERE ELSE THAN HERE IF YOU WANT COMPETENT EMERGENCY SERVICE !!!!
