I called at 4:38 PM, was on hold for 16 minutes, customer service answered at 4:54 PM and said they closed 5 minutes ago! Well aren't those hours nice! Hours of operation are 7:30 to 5:00 PM. I guess not today! Closed at 4:49 PM. Obviously someone has changed the hours and left those in need on hold when I could have been doing something else. Shame!
Friend is getting charged for electric 3 months after moving out of unit. Terrible customer service
