Geez I thought Southern States was difficult to deal with I was wrong Dixieland is worse!!! �� don't give um a credit card cuz they'll just go ahead and charge it or hold up your account up!! They went ahead and put a hold on our account for (2) drops at $250=$500...one was for a future dated delivery... Ridiculous!!! It took me from 11 am to 630 pm (8) phone calls several to the bank and several to dixieland. My bank to released the funds back to me on their own... because dixieland propane was oh so "helpful" in releasing ... read more

Called today for propane service and was told it would take 11 days before they could deliver. I'm at 30% on my tank and was trying to plan ahead. I've been a customer for 3 years now and they sounded like they couldn't care less. Had a "take it or leave it" attitude. I'll leave it.
