Bev and Paul at Dixieland might be actual angels on Earth. They helped me in a pinch. Bev was friendly and reassuring. Paul was a class act, going all the way back to Rising Sun to get a tool he needed (since the tank is very far down) and coming back to get our tank filled so we could have heat and hot water and not have to cancel my son's birthday party. Thank you!!! I will be forever grateful for this
we put a order in for heating oil and payed last week and was told it would be delivered tues. tues came and no oil. called and said they had no record of it. so was promised thursday, still no oil. called and told us they have us on the schedule for tomarrow. They wanted to charge us a after hour fee to come out tonight after we already payed for it last week!!!! we have 3 teeagers and a 3 month old at home and its been some of the coldest days of the yr. This is not acceptable at all.

Highly recommend! Deliver oil quickly and for a great price! I also had a furnace cleaning done and they went out of their way to fix everything with no additional cost. Both service men that came out were so friendly and really helped me understand about everything I had since I just purchased a new home! I always speak to a person within the first minute I call and they are so helpful!
