Poor customer service. Do not return phone call as promised. Do not expect to be treated as a valued customer or to get assistance from office staff.
Last week, on Facebook, I saw that Dixie Land had a very good price on propane. Although we had never used this company before, I called immediately to set up a delivery. With other companies we have used in the past, the process to set up a delivery has always been complicated. With Dixie Land, it was quick and simple. Our propane was delivered this morning as promised. We are very pleased with the service and value we have received from Dixie Land.
Always pleased with the service at all levels (customer / deliveries / price / service) I will never switch to the 'big' oil delivery companies again.

I "HAD" a company from Oxford last year. I was on automatic fill up and ran out of propane late Saturday night by Sunday morning was freezing!! I called my company and had to leave a message. Since I own my own tank I called Dixieland. The OWNER answered his cell phone on a Sunday morning and said he would be there in 30 minutes. 26 minutes later he was filling my tank up at no extra charge and made sure my heat was back on before he left. AWESOME customer service and a great company.
We had propane delivered Oct 31 asked for 300 gals. Driver did 414.06 gals. When my husband asked the driver said nothing n got into his truck n drove off. I called that day n left a message. No call back so i called again was told someone would call me. No call again. I have called four times n told someone will call u. They have now charged my account $141.06 today. We have been with Dixieland since the company started. Couldn't be more pleased. Excellent customer service from both office staff and drivers. Would highly recommend them!
