these other reviews are accurate. they not only took 2 weeks to order very basic locks, but when I wanted them keyed to my key, it cost me 4 times what it normally should have. I was once a locksmith and could have ordered the locks (which should have been stocked), and rekeyed them by the next afternoon. These guys aren't busy for good reason. Take your business elsewhere.
I used Dixie for my survliance cameras and I was very please with the outcome. The level of service was set at a very high standard and my problems became their problems as far as the security issues were concerned The up to date technology they provided for me more than exceded my needs for a survliance system. I would reccomend Dixie Electronic Controls to whom ever nedds an alarm, cameras or anything that has to do with electronics.
