To make this short and to the point, the customers complaint is not fully accurate and its ok. We try our very best to make everyone happy and that shows based off all our reviews. Yes we get a "negative or neutral" review occasionally, but they are VERY few and far between. In fact, this very customer went on google reviews and gave our dealer a 1 star, not once but 6 times under different names that were all similar and all within minutes of the review under his real name.
