Unfortunately a terrible experience with this dealer. Marko’s communication was non existent regarding my vehicle, perhaps the worst service advisor I’ve had in my lifetime. Had my vehicle for nearly a week. No communication, no sense of urgency and an unacceptable level of customer service. Travis, the parts manager, was the only shining light in the establishment. Take your business elsewhere if you are expecting the level of service 2023 should provide. I know I will. This dealer is over booked and unorganized. Very disap... read more

I purchased a vehicle from this company, yesterday. Before going we search for the vehicle we wanted got pre-approved with capital one auto financing. Check to make sure the vehicle was in the inventory and printed it out as suggested by the website. Long story short, we arrived at the dealer around 3:30 PM, we get there the old bate and switch, they showed us a similar vehicle, same color, but its an upgrade model and the VINS do not match. These people sold a car while I'm at the end of completing the sale. Unprofessional and they obviously do not communicate with each other or their coworkers and staff. All of sudden all 3 parties that were involved in selling me the car mysteriously takes the same day off, same day I needed to finalize the sale of the car and have paper work signed.

Do home work before going here. Service manager very rude. Be little me in front of others and then said I'm not here to argue. Had to get GMC corporate involved just to get car repaired because they kept giving us a run around. And still costed me money because they refused to look at an issue that would have been under warranty by saying it a normal issue when it wasn't. I had to repair myself due to their neglect when asked was under warranty. Buyer be aware of this dealership. Also no way to contact any one that is highe... read more

STAY AWAY FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!! As the many other one stars have advised and probably should've looked before bringing my vehicle to them. Deplorable service. Service manager Jason R. and his boss ahead of him Robert A. are the furthest thing from a consummate professionals. After multiple voicemails, follow ups, and plain lies that spew out of these people's mouths its astonishing that legal action hasn't taken place. On November 22nd, 2019, I brought my car in for an oil change. On November 27th, while driving, my car stopped responding and slowed down, prompting me to park it on the side of the road. When I stood in front of it, I saw fire coming from the underside of the vehicle. I quickly reversed. A big piece of cardboard was burning on the floor. It had dropped from the underside of the car.
