Dr. Kjersten is wonderful! Whether for a cleaning or a filling, I've had only excellent experiences with her. She is very gentle and explains everything she's doing. I highly recommend Division Street Dental.
The moment I walked into the office I was greeted by a friendly staff. I had a crown fall off & Dr. Heron put it put it on right away. I then had my teeth cleaned & checked. I was very happy with the work & the price was good. I was offered a discount if bill was paid by check or cash. I'm glad I found Division Dental & Dr.Heron.
I had a great experience with Dr. Heron. I was her guinea pig for a new procedure she was trying and it was very successful. Lydia and her make a great team
I have been coming to Division Street Dental for just over 20 years. Dr. Dana has always provided me with the utmost of care. I have just received some extensive dental work from his daughter, Kjersten Heron, and I must say that she performed in a fantastic manner. She explains the process as she works so there are no surprises. So when Dr. Dana finally retires, his highly qualified offspring is there to carry on.
Dr. Kjersten Heron saw my 18 month old daughter first and did amazing. She made the visit fun for her but very informative for me. I later scheduled a visit for myself and was just as happy with my visit. I loved that she explained what she was doing before hand so I didn’t have that feeling of not know if things she said were bad or good. It was also nice that the front office staff offered to call and check my benefits so I didn’t have a surprise when I walked in for my next visit.
Been a patient of Dr. Vicki since I was a teenager. Always get great dental care and the staff is great to work with!
I've been a patient there for almost 40 years and my son for nearly all his life. He lives in Renton but still prefers to get dental care in Mount Vernon. Dr Vicki's fillings never fall out, she is great. I agree about the friendliness and professionalism of the dentists and staff.
Dr. Dana has been my dentist for at least 20 years and every thing he has ever done has been done well. He is a wonderful dentist and always has a smile on his face and an ear to listen to whatever you want to share. His employees are also very great!
