Don't waste your time trying to schedule with this dentist as a new patient if you have Delta Dental insurance. I spent a lot of time researching dentists that were listed on the Delta Dental Find a dentist list. I looked at reviews and she has a lot of good reviews, so I called to schedule. If I could select 6/5 stars, I would! Amazing! Dr. Heron is an amazing dentist who strongly values patient care. I had not been to the dentist in a few years, so I was pretty nervous when I had my first appt. After thoroughly examining my teeth and x-rays, she gave a thorough explanation of the things she saw and a plan she’d like to move forward with. My last two visits have been with Dr. Heron. She is friendly, informative and her easy going manner helps to put me at ease while in her chair. Her confidence in what she is doing helps me trust her 100% in what she is doing. This is important to me because as a child I had some pretty bad experiences during my visits to the dentist. I look forward to many more years of maintaining a healthy smile thanks to this great family dental office.
I have been coming to Dr. Dana for over 30 years. He always makes me feel valued, appreciated and welcomed. Prior to seeing Dr. Dana I had a severe fear of dentists due to bad experiences seeing dentists previously. He has a great way of making you feel included in the process which helps keep your mind occupied. I have 100% percent confidence in him and his staff. I cannot say I look forward to going to the dentist but when I do I am glad it is at this dental office.
5 ⭐️ Dr. Heron and the team at Division Street Dental are absolutely amazing! After my 5 year old had a terrifying experience at a different office we didn’t know how this visit would go, but we are so happy! My daughter loves this office and is no longer afraid of the dentist. To find a doctor that actually cares and takes time with the scared little kids is so hard to find. I couldn’t recommend this office enough!!

Having lived in a lot of places due to my job I can definitely say they are the best of the best. Our family has been seeing them for ages.
