Made a call to the office to obtain the stent model of the stent I have. The 1st call, the lady just sent me to a line where I would need to go through a large process in obtaining my medical record. I need this info quick as I need to get an MRI scheduled asap, so I called again and this time, Jasmine answered. She tried to get someone in the records office, but she had no luck, however, she sent a priority message to that office to help speed up me needing just that stent model #. I recently had to visit as I now live in Baltimore and in need of vascular surgery on my legs. I was referred to Dr. K. Nagarhseth and made an appointment. The staff in this office are the rudest and uncaring group that you could find. I really don't think they even deserve 2 stars. This is not an opinion on the doctor, just the staff in that department.
