If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We took my son to an urgent care over a week ago due to an elbow injury. The team there believed it was fractured based on the images but referred us to this office for further follow up. I called the schedulers multiple times, who informed me that based on the location of the injury, the clinical staff would have to schedule it and would call me. My son is 14 he had broken his forearm bones and this place was amazing
My granddaughter was taken there, previous x-ray done and it showed “2” breaks in her hand… orthopedic dr at children’s argued that there was only 1 break and put a splint on it… knowing he was WRONG I took her for a 2nd opinion in Cranberry… there are 2 breaks and it needed to have a cast.. Dr’s exact words were he was APPALLED that childrens did that!!!! No wonder this place has a 2.8 rating… drs are ignorant and in a big hurry and think they know it all…trust your gut people!
Was extremely disappointed. I do not recommend Dr. Mendelson, I have a fracture in my back and was told basically to deal with it and there’s no fix? I’m 18 years old what am I exactly supposed to do with this information.
Best hospital ever! I love the people in Orthopaedic surgery! They are so kind and caring. Dr Mendelson is amazing at his Job. I always look forward to my visit here. He always makes that he answered all of my questions. Thank you so much!
