He was prompt. He did a good job. He cleaned the carpet and some furniture. We are pleased with his service and would call him again.
Mike was very responsive to my calls. He showed up punctually and set up his equipment very quickly and professionally. After he finished washing our carpet, many stains left from the previous owner of the house were gone?the carpet looks new now! I am quite pleased with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone who desires an exceptional cleaning service at a reasonable price. In addition, Mike has proved to be friendly and proficient; he provides excellent customer service.
Mike did an exemplary job. His professionalism and quality work speak highly of his final product. Mike understood what we needed, focused on problem areas, had challenges due to our not getting everything out and still left carpet like new. We are having him come back for other house details and we highly recommend him to anyone. He is a high calibre person with strong work ethic and commitment to his clients.
Mike's customer service is top notch! Our carpets were a big challenge, and he went over and beyond to get them into the best shape possible. I would hire him again and will spread the word that his is the "go-to-guy" for carpet cleaning!
Mike was great to work with. He was very responsive to my calls and emails. He answered all my questions quickly. The carpets had a few large dark stains that Mike spent extra time going over to get out as much as possible. I can barely see them now. Overall, the carpets look great.
We have small children and needed a quality cleaning of our living room/hallway. Numerous spills and stains had accumulated over the years and we needed a fresh start! Mike cam over right away and did a quick estimate. He worked on the carpet and It came out looking brand new! I wasn't sure if those stains would ever come out but they did! Mikes's professionalism and work effort really stood out as I would recommend his services completely.
Mike and his stepson showed up on time and did a great job cleaning my tile floors and sealing the grout. They were very friendly, professional and courteous. I'll be calling them again when I need the grouting re-sealed.
