Mike was very thorough on his job and we appreciated his professionalism.

Called at the last minute as there was a misunderstanding with the other company that I hired. Mike was very accommodating. Showed up on time and did an excellent job. Would recommend him to everyone.

I think he got the carpet as clean as could be expected. It had really bad stains. Some stains are still there, but much lighter. The worker had kind of a bad attitude, although I did realize after that part of that was mis communication. It bugged me that the only times I was not available was Monday or Tuesday morning, and he ended up changing appt from Wednesday to a Tues, reqiuiring me have someone else here. Interesting to have someone you never even met say you had a bad attitude. As for the scheduling, when a conflict came up, I called and asked if we could move the appointment from Wednesday to Tuesday. She said OK, but that she wouldn't be there, her son would be. Seemed OK with it. P.S. It was the dirtiest carpet I've seen in 6 years. Her 30 something year old son was very rude, and I would have walked away had I not driven 45 minutes to get there.

Came quickly, and did the work quickly. He was very friendly,but I dont think he pre treated anything. This was a rental for two years and it needed pre-treating.
