Terrible service and terrible hairdressers
RecommendedI’m new to the Dallas area I literally googles black hair salons. This was to first to come up. I set my appt online. When I got there I only waited 15 minutes before I was whisked to shampoo bowl. Lastagia consulted the whole time from everything she used. She has such a wonderful spirit and Nicole who also works there are amazing. They will definitely bring your hair back from the brink. I can’t wait to go to back
The stylists are amazing. Been going there for a few years now. They really care about your hair and it's health. They are also fast, but professional. Really cool ladies that work there that are always upbeat and fun.
Charged 70.00 for my hair getting straightened. But I was cut off many times, stylists doing other people’s hair. I live in Odessa and get my hair straightened for 40.00 and the stylists focus on me pretty well even when busy. The best thing though is that the stylist are nice but that doesn’t give right to neglecting me and charging me twice as much. I got there at 12:40pm, my appointment at 1. Didn’t start til 1:40, didn’t leave till 4.
I've gotten my hair cut here by Lastagia several times and she always does a great job! I have 3C hair and the conditioning treatment, and blowout she does leaves my hair so silky and soft.

Keisha did a great job on my daughter's hair!! We went for a sew in and this was the first time for us getting something like this done. Our appointment was at 2:30 and she began working on her hair promptly at that time. She was very friendly and professional and I was glad she made us feel comfortable.
