The lady who did my nails was SO sweet and kind. i felt bad for her. the lady running this shop is SO rude and just wants you in and out. I asked for a simple design they said they can’t do it because there’s a rush. so i just had to get a french tip, which was fine. UNTIL my friend next to me starts to drown in water and it ruined her shoes. The tub where her feet was overflowed with water and they didn’t even give her a discount no nothing. This place is terrible. I have NEVER written a bad review before because I believe in second chances & people having bad days but this was a truly horrifying experience. I came in for a walk in pedicure & 5 minutes in they flooded my foot bath and soaked/ruined my cloth Birkenstocks. They didn’t really care and just moved me to another seat- no apologies or anything.
