I reached out to Federico which is the owner of the company to be in shock to how he treated me after I told him his quote was a little higher that I budgeted for. The truth is he is almost double then what i got quoted for with 2 different competitors. He is completely disrespectful and I will never consider even getting a quote from him again.
The installation wast not done in a proper way. They basically installed the blackout rails without taking into account the trigger that opens the window. As a result of this, the window can’t be opened anymore. We asked them to fix it, and they reply that we had to pay to extra. Is it fair to pay an additional fee for something that it was installed incorrectly? The worst thing is that they do not reply the phone calls neither text messages. I was very disappointed with their customer service. They did a bad installation and did not take responsibility for it. Adriana, the sales person has not responded to any messages, or phone calls up until today. The job was done 6 weeks ago. Not a good experience for me.
