First time in my life where I got box braids that didn't last at least month. The whole point of me going to the shop was for the longevity of the style. I paid 190 for my head and 170 for my child both box braids 360 together. Both our braids are falling out its only been 2 in a half weeks. So disappointing and I won't be back nor would I recommend anyone to go to there shop. I never had my braids literally fall out my hair without unbraiding it.
Very heavy handed braider a lot of my hair was breaking off as she braided. I could hear my hair being snatched out as she combed and blow dried. Paid $300 for supposed to be small knotless they did refund only $30 these are medium almost large
THEY WERE SO SWEET 🤎 and very accommodating and my hair came out amazing I definitely will be back I found a new hair home
