If I could give this place a 0. I would. I made an appointment for my daughter with the owner. I made the appointment with her because she had did a nice job on my hair last summer. When my daughter left she immediately called and showed me her hair. I asked if the owner did it she said No her daughter did it and then had one of her friends come and was trying to show her how to braid my daughters hair as if she was a practice dummy. First time in my life where I got box braids that didn't last at least month. The whole point of me going to the shop was for the longevity of the style. I paid 190 for my head and 170 for my child both box braids 360 together. Both our braids are falling out its only been 2 in a half weeks. So disappointing and I won't be back nor would I recommend anyone to go to there shop. I never had my braids literally fall out my hair without unbraiding it.
