I was in this shop getting a 4 wheel alignment they were quick getting people in the door and friendly to everyone they have a nice place to sit and wait clean bathroom and good coffee and they had my car on the rack when they said they would and i was out the door 1 hour later the car drives down the road like new they did good by me and gave me the before and after readout like a shop should. thank you to a good crew

Just got taken here. Misquoted price. Never again. Once shame on you! Twice shame on me.
Took my truck in at 11. Am to change the tires over. They said 3 hours to get it done. They call me at 3:58 to get my truck. They tell me they close at 4 and ask if I can get there in time wtf is that
I have been a customer at DT since moving to Wasilla from Anchorage. I have had them change my winter/summer tires many times. This year I was given a brand new set of AT tires from a friend. I took these new tires to DT to get them mounted and they refused because I hadn't bought them at DT. Been a customer for many years.....now I am not, as I felt disrespected and would not go back to them again. Everyone here is super friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful! They got me in immediately and were timely, and were all very nice to me. I was very impressed with the young lady at the counter (I'm so sorry I forgot your name) she assessed my tires quickly and was very informative and honest, and gave me her recommendation on how to save some $ that I hadn't thought of (always nice.)
