RecommendedCalled late to see if I could get in with a slow leak. They said absolutely; so kind and smiling on arrival (in fact all their staff milling in and out of the waiting area were smiling and looked completely happy to be working there) got my car right back, quickly discovered the screw was too close to the sidewalk to repair safely. Most businesses that I interact with are great, this company is awesome!! I brought in a bobtail dump truck that needed tires. It was super busy (and I can understand why) yet they worked promptly and respectfully and professionally and had my work done in short order and were upfront and fair priced with my transaction. Even with all going on the Dave (the owner) help fill in the gaps. I appreciate them enough I just opened an account with them for my business!
They could get some professionalism. In the last week I tried two times to get my tires changed over on my truck. They were chaotic and unorganized at the gate. i was told they could change my tires, left my transportation with them, and then called at closing to come get my truck and they could not do what they had explained to me they would do. To top it off the owner wanted me to give him the name of the employee who had told me they would change my tires.
It was great that I could go to Diversified Tire and just sit in the vehicle with my kids while they swapped out my winter/summer tires. Thanks for thinking outside the box during this whole social distancing.

Well I lost a tire on the highway and was on my donut tire. The kind and personable staff not only sold me a used tire to replace the one I had go out, they also noticed a second tire that was delaminating. Being low on money due to the Holliday's I couldn't afford two tires. They gave me a deel to make sure I had two good tires to replace my bad ones. It's not very often that I've encountered a business that will sacrifice a bit of profit to make sure that you are taken care of. I'm completely great full to them for helping... read more
