Took up a good amount of my time with a younger, less experienced estimator over several weeks only to ultimately tell me they weren’t equipped to handle my project. Throughout the process I raised questions but their young, overeager estimator (assumedly hungry for a commission) clearly didn’t understand the issues at hand.

This company goes beyond PROFESSIONAL ! Definitely is truly concerned about the customer & their needs! I just needed to have my roof checked after a bad ice storm and a partial tree landed on my roof.. Stan made an extra trip to my area to check it out and even took pictures for insurance purpose & assured me there we no visible holes in roof and didn’t need to be tapped.
