Absolutely worst people I have ever felt with. They will screw you and demand you pay unreasonable fees. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON. Annie particularly is very hostile and quite insulting. Never had any rental property be as difficult as them DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY

Everything you are reading is true. They will not fix anything. Lied to me from the beginning. Promised to paint and fix things that never got done. The siding is falling off the building where the light meters are. My windows do not lock. They do not answer email and will not give you a phone number to call. They pay a guy that halfway does things to work for them to repair stuff. I had to clean the condo when I first moved in, it was filthy dirty. I have a squirrel in my attic and they do not care.
