I have been using Diversified Group Services Inc for two years now and I couldn’t be happier. ABBY Willhoite is Awesome!! She knows her stuff. She helped me get the best Medicare coverage and Advantage plan for my needs. Abby knows about special programs that I didn’t know existed. Abby is very patient and kind. I have insured my employees and my family through Jeanne for at least 10 years and have found her to be helpful and diligent in finding the best health insurance for us. I have recommended her services to friends and clients who have had the same experience.

Very unprofessional and insensitive to my needs and my financial situation. I would never recommend this broker to anyone who is low income. Jeanne spoke down to me and her tone was extremely hurtful! Access helath should remove her from their list of brokers. The next broker I called was very helpful and sensitive to my needs.
