Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Was this dentist friendly? Friendly Enough Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable

Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene

Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen
