I have been a patient at Diversified for a very long time. I love Dr. Lowenguth, and completely trust him with my teeth. As of this writing , however, he employs a dental hygienist who I have grown very weary of. Simply put, when she cleans your teeth, you bleed. Not a little bleeding, but a lot of bleeding. My last cleaning was 4-weeks ago and my gums are still tender and sore, I bleed now each time I floss and brush. Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? No, they definitely weren't clean Was this provider's office too loud? Yes, they need to move to a quieter location Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Did this provider rush your appointment? No Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Yes, I trust them

Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Yes Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

The staff was below average and I was not listened to at all. I went in complaining of a slight toothache. That complaint was ignored as they did what they wanted to do instead and I was told the decay I was complaining about was minor. Six weeks later when I renewed my complaint I was told the decay was now into the nerve and the tooth needed a root canal. Beyond that the office screwed up my bill and took forever to correct it.

Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Yes, they gave me one when I asked Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Some were answered Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse
