I was contacted immediately, test drove the car the next day and purchased a day later. All of the staff were very polite and helpful. Some of the old school sales tactics were definitely still being used but because I knew what I was doing (even though I am a woman) that ended quickly and I didn't feel pressured. All in all a very good car buying experience. I would use them again and recommend them.
