Started out as a1star, the vehicleI I wanted was being purchased as I arrived, was very disappointed after sales consultant CLAY WESSELL got involved, I left in a vehicle with more options for basically the same money after he worked out some figures for Me, in today's climate with car prices being the way they are, other dealers don't seem like it even matters, take it or leave it ,Clay Wessell did the deal for Me I appreciate you thanks!!

Requested total price of vehicle 3 times. Only after receiving car fax, pictures and contract did I receive price, at FULL asking price plus all fees. I asked if they would work with me on the price and I was flat out refused. I was told the cars are marked for "out the door" pricing and the sales representatives to not receive commission. In a commission based filed, I find that hard to accept when there is no incentive for the employee to move the cars out of the lot, knowing this from a background in Dealership used cars ... read more

So at first impressions Everybody seemed helpful. I didn’t have huge expectations with anything considering I was buying a used 2009 Avalanche. The only complaint I have is that the carfax report claimed that the rear brakes and rotors were done. So after I bought it I took it to my mechanic to get his input on everything because he is a trustworthy mechanic who has always done great work for me.
