Service above & beyond I ordered a BC online from DRIS, after receiving less than favorable news of an extended delay on receiving the BC, I promptly emailed DRIS with my concerns. I received an email which was followed up directly with a phone call from the owner expressing his concern for the delay and would look into it. I got my drysuit from DRIS and the care, attention, and service from start to end has been nothing short of exceptional. If you need any gear, check out their shop online; their selection is pretty massive! And if you're in the area and are looking for a shop to get your open water license, I would not hesitate taking a course with the folks there. I Did the discovering scuba class it was an excellent experience and the instructor was great
One day my 13 year old son Nick decided that he would like to be my dive buddy. Dive Right In Scuba introduced him to Discover Scuba and he fell in love with everything Scuba. Next week he was enrolled in the PADI Open Water. As of last Sunday Nick is officially Open Water certified! At one point he had a hard time with one of the skills, but due to high professionalism and “hey we won’t give up on you” attitude of his instructors he worked it through and made us all proud. My wife and I drove 2 hours to visit the shop and to purchase a new backplate and wing setup for myself. They were absolutely amazing. They made us feel at home and even gave us a tour. We were very impressed by their hospitality. We are looking forward to visiting again.
