The repair depart department is just happened to be outstanding, knowledgable and knowing what exactly the problem is, had done such a good job on my drysuit (leg-length adding/extension). I'll surly recommend DRS to all of my diving follows!
I recently called this shop looking for a drysuit on very short notice - Augie spent nearly an hour on the phone with me while going through every suit he had in the shop to try to find one that would fit me - and it was late in the day probably near closing time. I'm very appreciative of the excellent customer service and highly recommend DRIS 😊
They always cheat on product availability and delivery dates. I ordered tank - they haven't shipped it within two weeks, and I canceled the order. I ordered a regulator which was marked as "2-day free delivery", a week passed by but nothing shipped yet. The same thing happened with my other order with some small equipment parts. I placed an order for a drysuit neck and wrist seal system to replace my old seals there was a small issue with my order I made a phone call and spoke directly with Mike the owner. With in moments Mike had me on the right track with 3 day shipping and all the instructions and products needed for the proper installation for my application.
