DRIS was beyond exceptional helping me with my purchase. Our family needed to be outfitted with new gear for our upcoming vacation. Extremely knowledgeable and addressed all of our needs for this trip. This is one of the best dive shops I've ever been to. I've also had great experiences with their on line store as I've ordered a few times. Quick turnaround times. I'd highly recommend.

I bought a drysuit from DRIS(along with many other items but thats the most expensive item of note). I chose to elect the lifetime warranty upgrade and boy has that been useful. It's been back for 4 repairs over the last 300+ dives with one of them being a new zipper(that paid for the warranty in itself!). Highly professional staff, friendly when you call and quick to help with anything they can. 5*, will continue to buy from them.
Whenever I need dive gear fast and for a fair price, Dive Right in Scuba always comes through. Thanks, Mike and crew!

12 aug my dry suit was sent in for repair. It is now 1 nov. (and due for arrival tomorrow) it was sent in for multiple repairs which I understand takes time. However, when it was returned to me a month ago, it still leaked- on the zipper area when they replaced the zipper! When they placed the self replacing seal system, they put the hard ovals in on different directions on each wrist. Apparently spending over $600 doesn't get quality. I will not send my suit back to them ever again. They have a one year Warenty on repairs. ... read more

There is a 99% success rate with suits, but sometimes that 1% is extremely hard to track down, and unfortunately takes a little longer to solve.
