Incredible service.. they were out of stock for one item, but expecting it 3-5 days later.. told them I needed the items about a week later.. items came into their stock, and just got notification that my items are being overnighted. That’s above and beyond in my book. Thanks again.
Great Instructors who care about teaching
I've recently switched to DRIS in Plainfield after a bad experience with another dive shop near my home. I'm so incredibly happy about my decision. even though it's further away the personal attention that I've received every time I walk through the door is incredibly valuable to me. I know that I'm in great hands and that I can trust them to provide the best advice for my Jr. diver son. I'm excited to get out and get into the water with the DRIS team this season!
Can I just tell you that this is the BEST mail order company that I have dealt with so far !!! The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL, they are simply amazing and so focused on the customer, you don’t normally find that in this day and age. The best place to shop / recieve training through locally.
ordered two items & both were sent to wrong address, big ordeal to get 1 straighten out through ups, but the other one was delivered to wrong address & I was told that I would have to buy another one or go to that address & see if I could get it from them. Very unprofessional way of handling a problem. No I will never order from them again.

Everyone here is so very nice, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. From the moment we walked in the staff was attentive, listened, presented options for gear and feedback, never came with the hard sell, but instead made you comfortable and want to buy.
