I purchased my wig about a year ago. I’m still in love with this wig and very happy with my purchase. It has been everything I hoped it would be and more. The wig cap was very well constructed and the hair is still gorgeous. (I take care of it like Charly instructs. J) I ordered a custom 20" Virgin Brazilian Remy glueless lace wig. My cap fit perfect. I have had almost 8 years of amazing service from Divas. A representative is always there to help me with any questions. I signed up for the mailing list, and receive great discounts! I receive high quality, long lasting hair, and if I damage any unit, repairs are timely. The hair is soft, silky, long, Brazilian and beautiful. The first unit I got I've had for over 5 years, I started purchasing bundles first. I have tried almost everything she sells. I love Divas Lace Wigs. I let my Diva swag whip! :-D

I am sure you are mistaken and the reviews you saw more than likely belonged to another company and not ours. I have no record of a Nikki or similar variation of ever purchasing a unit from us. You more than likely purchased your wig from a company with a similar name as it has happened many times. Our customer knows if they are having issues to contact us and we would have rectified the situation.
I would give it a zero if I could. That wig was close to $1000 and it was worse than hair I've purchased for $15! Straight up garbage. Will Never buy again. I will be posting pics somewhere just so people can get an idea of just how crappy this hair is. I don't know how she got good reviews unless she changed the business she deals with. Eirhier that, or she just got that wig off her hands and sent it to me because I'm not in her area. Either way, whatever the case, she should have given me a new wig. OMG!!!
