Always very professional and Lee did a fantastic job for me
My last 2 experiences were really bad. Nails got messed up and gel chipped within 2 days of getting them done both times. They did not take the proper steps to clean, file and smooth out my nail beds before applying the gel. The Guy was rushing just to get me done and out the door. I feel like all they care about is making money And not to actually do a good job and make the customer happy. Very disappointed. Not to mention the bad attitude the Store manager has. Please Do better.
As soon as I walked in the tech told me it was a long wait and wouldn’t give me a wait time, keep in mind I only needed one nail repaired. I sat there and I waited, two other people walked in after me, he said absolutely nothing to them about a long wait time and they got seated before me. RUDE!
