Hannah is rude and money hungry. Very rude to customers disrespectful argumentative and combative. I'm a new customer and she accused me of arguing with her when I respectfully and articulately pointed out the problem with a picture the technician took and sent to me and she still accused me of being combative and arguing with her when all I was attempting to do was show her the details of my problem so that they would not repeat the same problem.
