Long time customer. Lately, management has gone from bad to worse. Rude, unprofessional, and inexperienced. Diva's you may have good quality, but your customer service is horrible. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
What is the point of booking appointments if you are still going to have me wait 45 minutes. Very bad customer service never going here again
They use to ne soooo much better when i was a new customer..... I'll still come for my pedi (for now) but I will be finding a new place for nails....
To expensive and they don't clean the water your feet are soaking in before they do your legs! I find that to be gross! don't get me wrong they do good work, I would not recommend this place, some of the ladies that work there are rude and don't speak English
