I understand you're upset, but I was there and saw things differently. You and the coworker were arguing about a payment, and when another coworker tried to help by speaking in Vietnamese, you immediately assumed they were talking about you. Terrible business I saw an Asian man (mgr) yelling at a woman (their customer)for a mistake the worker made and he was rude and nasty the woman didn’t raise her voice. I observed and will never return apparently he screams bye so loud it rushed another customer out the door

The man is rude and disgusting very disrespectful when I commented on the price up charges instead of simply charging me to leave he held my card got blatantly loud and disrespectful was very confrontational I even asked him to lower his voice and his tone was very demeaning not a place worth the business. Horrible will up charge and yell scream curse and yell very disrespectful I reminded him I was not yelling. I was not cursing.
