I would leave ZERO stars if I could. They NEVER answer the phones and disregard timelines. Our Veterans serve our country and sacrifice so much. Don’t expect any respect or professionalism from these VA Appraisers. They will not meet contract deadlines and will take more time than what should be needed to do their job. You can almost be sure to miss your closing if they are called to do your appraisal. Beware!
There is a reason why they are rated so low on Google. If you hire them as an appraiser expect an uneducated, delayed appraisal that leaves the buyers and sellers screwed. Add in "comps" that are laughable. Pulled comps from different neighborhoods, closest one in same neighborhood spec'd at similar price per square foot. However, appraised our house at $10 less per square foot. Took 9 days to get appraisal back. This isn't 1988. Buying process has expedited suggest get educated and with the times.
Alison Smeltzer, appraisor, is professional, trustworthy, honest, and straight forward. We highly recommend her for any and all appraisals. She appraised our home by the book but that's the way it should be done.

By far the worst appraisal company there is out there. Unfortunately having to deal with them for my VA home loan and it clearly seems like they don’t have to be fair with everyone, just collect the $150 fee which is obvious as to the 2.7 ratings reviews. These “appraisers” clearly need more training on how to do their jobs. Don’t recommend absolute joke of a company just look on their website and how it is overall.
