Oh the things I could list. Buy Vermeer!! I am sure they will come up with the generic response like all companies do on Google. Some people are better than others. Vermeer is a better product and company for your money. That's why you see so many cities using their products.

Update: I just purchased a new bar and chain for my DW 410SX Joseph again provided top notch service & support!

Terrible group. This lousy company built a disgusting eyesore of a complex and ruined the adjoining neighborhood. Fingers crossed that their business struggles. On behalf of everyone that enjoyed their peaceful neighborhood before you sacks of $h!t moved in . . . we hope the worst for you all and your business:)
Mike, Jerry, Dillon, and the rest of the nut jobs do an absolutely excellent job of making sure I'm taken care of. They've even worked over after hours to make sure I had new hydraulic hoses for an attachment that blew a line. I highly recommend this company if you're wanting great equipment and even better support staff behind it. The franchise does need to start carrying the Top notch equipment attachments for the mini skid however. That's the best attachment for tree services like myself.
